|Description:||To increase volume, increase market awareness and assure compliance quality through monitoring, reporting and training.|
|Duties:||1). At the direction of the MSR prospect for potential borrowers and for referal sources to function as centers of influence.|
2). At the direction of the MSR take application from borrower, collecting all pertinent information (bank statements, W-2's etc.) and entering the application into appropriate LOS. Run application through appropriate AUS and fulfill all upfront disclosure requirements. For all practical purposes perform those tasks as outlined within the MSR job expectation checklist at the direction of the MSR that they are assigned.
3). Work with borrower and referring partner to create a very favorable borrower experience.
4). Review and counsel borrower on all facets of MB mortgage and bank offereings.
5). Maintain contact with borrower throughout the mortgage process and answer all questions that would normally be answered by the MSR.
6). Assit borrower with post closing questions or concerns that pertain to their financing.
1). High school degree or equivalent
2). Less than 1 year experience required
3). General computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and general telephone customer service skill.
